quadratic fractions

Hi folks I would really appreciate some guidance with quadratic fractions on which I’m really stuck. I have this test on math and don’t know where to solve evaluating formulas, relations and matrices . I would sure appreciate your assistance rather than hiring a math tutor who are not cheap .
