I am going to college now. As math has always been my weakness, I purchased the course books in advance. I am plan studying a handful of topics before the classes start. Any kind of help would be much appreciated that could help me to start studying radical, integer and simplified fraction myself.

Algebrator is a real gem that can aid you with Algebra 1. Since I was not strong in Basic Math, one of my class tutors suggested me to check out the Algebrator and based on his suggestion , I looked for it online, bought it and began using it. It was just extra ordinary. If you intently follow each and every example offered there on Pre Algebra, you would definitely master the fundamentals of equivalent fractions and conversion of units within hours.

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebrator no doubt is the most useful tool one could have. Always use it as a guide and a means to learn and never to copy .
