I am going to high school now. As math has always been my weakness, I purchased the course books in advance. I am plan studying a couple of chapters before the classes start. Any kind of tools would be much appreciated that could help me to start studying cpm math answers myself.

It's less costly than a tutor and you can use it anytime you feel like. It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever had a similar software . I would advise you to get it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra teacher. You won't regret it!
